In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Our Soy Candles and Handmade items are precious and handled with care from our hands to your door.

Shipping and Delivery

In-Store pick up is available at FrescoTeaBar 

Location- 223 Pearl St Jeffersonville IN 47130

Wednesday-Sunday 10am-5pm.

Email will be sent when item is ready for pick-up

 

 

Standard shipping within US $6.00

-Calculated at time of order, costs can vary depending on weight of items shipped. 

-Once order is placed, items are prepared within 1-2 business days

-Items are shipped with 7-10 business days after order is received. 

-Expedited shipping is available, please contact directly through messenger on Instagram, Facebook or Email for this option. 

-Shipments outside of the US are automatically a flat rate of $30+ depending on weight of items.

Our Return Policy

Everything You Need to Know

Need to return an item? No problem, I gladly accept returns and exchanges. 

Return items are accepted 7 days from the date of delivery to you. 

Ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery.


1.)Start your return order by emailing HeartAndHomeCollections@gmail.com with the following information:

-SUBJECT-Return Request

-BODY OF EMAIL-

-Your Name

-Order#

-Reason for return

2.) Once the return request is received, we will contact you by email with more return information.



NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of certain items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

-Custom or personalized items

-Items on Sale or discount



CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your item or can NOT be returned. 



ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE

Cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. 


CANCELLATIONS

-Can be cancled within 30 minutes or initial order.
